Home starts the day you step onto a property to see it for the first time. Then, you decide to place an offer, negotiate to have it accepted, and move through a handful of contingencies before you can finally close the deal.
Each step in this process can be fraught with anxiety and stress if you are not met by the proper guide to support you throughout the journey. To me, the most important thing in guiding my clients home is to make sure they feel listened to, validated in their questions or concerns, and that they have their best interests protected every step of the way.
